We do not ask for special category data through this website, and you should not send safeguarding details, health information or information about a child through a web form. See our safeguarding statement for how to raise a concern.

Website enquiry data is retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Security logs are held for a short period only. If you enrol on an apprenticeship, retention is governed by the funding rules that apply to that programme and is set out in the learner privacy notice you receive at enrolment.
Our website and enquiry systems are hosted within the UK or the European Economic Area wherever possible. Where a supplier processes data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.
Access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it. Data is transmitted over HTTPS, the site enforces a content security policy and modern browser protections, and our organisational controls are certified to Cyber Essentials. Staff receive data protection and safeguarding training appropriate to their role.
