What we deliver doesn't stay with the learner. It reaches every pupil, colleague and team they touch. As part of the Impact Futures Group, our commitments span employers, learners, communities and the planet.
We inherit the Impact Futures Group's ESG framework and apply it to the education sector. Each pillar links through to the group's canonical initiative page so partners can review the full commitment, evidence and reporting.
Pillar 01
Impacting employers
We understand the unique pressures on education employers, retention, statutory duties, budget scrutiny, and design programmes that lift whole workforces, not just individual learners. Our partnerships are built to reduce turnover, strengthen practice and give leaders reliable capacity to plan around.
Every learning journey is designed to enhance strengths, support diversity and instill a genuine love of learning. Confident, motivated learners progress faster in role, stay in the sector longer and go on to develop the people around them.
Through the group's Roots for Achievers initiative with the Woodland Trust, we plant a tree for every learner who completes their training. In 2026 the group has committed to planting 2,900 trees, and is publishing a Carbon Reduction Plan aligned to PPN 006.
Through ReJoy, our group partnership with Toys 4 Life, unwanted and disused toys are restored and redistributed to families and services that need them, keeping resources in circulation and out of landfill.
“The impact data NCE gives us goes straight to board without editing. That level of rigour is rare, and it makes reporting to members infinitely easier.”

We will agree an outcomes framework at the start of every partnership, so you can report impact back to boards, members and elected officials with confidence.
