Mission, vision, values
We believe education is the nation's single most effective lever for promoting social justice and equality of opportunity across society.
To engage, empower and inspire the next generation of professionals and leaders, supporting organisations to become deliberately developmental through a culture of lifelong learning.
To create a platform infrastructure that facilitates collaborative partnership networks and supports the delivery of exceptional professional education.
Driven by innovation, collaboration and excellence, disrupting and continuously improving professional education for every setting we serve.
What sets us apart
Every programme, resource and coach is grounded in the reality of schools, trusts, colleges and councils, not repackaged corporate learning.
Ofsted-grade quality, DfE Large Provider Unit standing and ESFA-compliant reporting are baked into how we work, not bolted on before an inspection.
Every partnership is underpinned by an outcomes framework agreed at the start, so boards, governors and members can see progress in numbers, not anecdotes.
Our tutors, coaches and quality leads all come from the sectors they teach into, headteachers, SENCOs, principals and directors of children's services.
AI is woven through curriculum design, assessment support and learner coaching, freeing our teams to spend more time on the human parts of the work.
